mighty oak Kripalu yoga is a meditation in motion which exercises both the mind and the body. Sessions include centering, warmups, breathing, formal yoga postures (asanas), meditation, relaxation, and spontaneous posture flow. All classes are designed to nurture our whole being. Hatha yoga postures and pranayama exercises keep the body supple, strong and resilient. Witness consciousness allows us to observe the habits of our mind and calm our thoughts. The relaxed surrender into the moment allows healing energy to flow where it is needed most. |
